CrossFit is General Phisical Preparedness.
It is a fitness that is broad general and inclusive.
It measures that fitnes across broad time and modal domains.
It prepares you for the unknown and unknowable physical endeavors.
Based on what the tenants of Crossfit are attempting to achieve you should not always look to know what you will be doing. And, when you know what the work is to be, you should opt to partake even though you may not like what it is.
