Here is a list of some good WODs you can do on the road with little to no equipment and still get your heart pumping


  1. 2 minute max rep push ups 1 minute rest 2 minute max rep sit ups 1 minute rest 2 minute max squats
  2. Run 5 minutes - turn around - return in less than 5 minutes 21-15-9 Rep scheme Vertical jumps (2 feet above your reach) Push ups
  3. 5 Rounds 20 Lunges 20 Squats 10 Push ups
  4. 10 rounds 100m Sprint Rest 1min between sprints
  5. 10 rounds 10 Burpees 10 Sit ups
  6. 25 Squats - 5 Push ups 20 Squats - 10 Push ups 15 Squats - 15 Push ups 10 Squats - 20 Push ups 5 Squats - 25 Push ups
  7. Run 1 mile 100 Sit ups 100 Supermans Run 1 mile
  8. Tabata (20sec of work, 10sec of rest x8) Squats Push ups Sit ups Overhead Press
  9. 5 Rounds 50 Step ups or box jumps 10 Burpees
  10. Run 20min - stop every 2min and do 10 squats and 10 push ups
  11. 10 Rounds 30sec jump squats 30sec rest
  12. 100 Burpees
  13. 20 minutes of 5 Push ups 10 Sit ups 15 Squats
  14. 10 minutes of 3 Burpees 4 Push ups 5 Squats
  15. 40-30-20-10 reps Walking lunges Pushups
  16. 10 Rounds 100 meter sprints 10 Burpees
  17. 4 Rounds 1/2 Mile run 50 Squats
  18. 10 Rounds 10 Push ups 10 Sit ups 10 Squats
  19. 200 Air squats
  20. 5 Rounds 200m Run 10 Squats 10 Push ups
