This workout is dedicated to Private First Class (PFC) Alveen “Bre” Bregaudit. Bre (they/them) is a U.S Army Veteran who enlisted in the U.S Army as a medic and has proudly served as openly Queer during the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell as a Medic, while being stationed at the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, Texas.
