Back Squats 10 Sets of 10 @ 4020 Tempo
60 Sec Rest B/T sets
If You Kept Tempo Last Week Thru All Sets Add 5lb
if it was easy for all 10 Sets add 10lb

4 Rounds For Time:
20 Push Press (95/63)
15 Box Jumps (20/16)
10 Sit Ups
